Pricing
At Ascend NPO, we value fairness and transparency. Our Virtual Admin Support agreements vary client to client, but they all follow the same structure:
Support Hours: a minimum and maximum number of hours are agreed upon and committed to the client each month. This most frequently ranges between 10 and 80 hours a month.
Hourly Rate: the rate we charge for hours worked. Our current rate is $125 / hr. Rates may be negotiated by both parties for longer term lengths or more complex support expectations.
Term Length: the number of months our work is contracted for. This number can always be extended, but typically ranges between 6 to 24 months.
